Job Title: Overnight Production Associate

Pay: $16.25/hour + OT

Schedule (Days and Time): Rotating Days (6:00pm-6:00am)

Our Overnight Production Associates will:

Safely operate machinery and tools for cutting, shaping, and/or finishing automotive metal components to support production requirements.

Perform quality checks on parts during the production and/or assembly.

Meet production and KPI goals to continuously produce good quality parts.

Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

Maintain a very safe and clean work environment.

Essential Job Requirements:

Proficiency and ability to use hand and power tools.

Strong attention to detail and quality.

Excellent teamwork and communication skills

Ability to work in an uncontrolled environment with seasonal temperatures that may include extremely hot or cold settings.

Ability to perform essential functions (i.e., lift 30 lbs., stand, walk, and bend for long periods consistently).
